Last Fishing Report of the year!!!
Despite the bitter cold the fish keep biting. With the lows going all of the way down to 60 last night and the high today only in the mid-70’s it was chilly, but there have been plenty of fish to fight to keep us warm.
The snook have been very active compared to most years. I have been catching a few every day. The redfish have been a very steady bite. Along with the snook, we have been averaging 6 or 7 on a 4-6hr trip. I don’t know about you, but I will take that the last week of the year. There have been plenty of trout and assorted other stuff around as well. It has turned out to be a better than normal winter season so far.
Keep the line tight!
