Boca Grande Fishing Report: 4-18-2014
Spring is Here!!!
Because of the weather I have been chasing snook all over the harbor. The fishing has been good. Finally the big snook have been pushing out of the rivers and pouring out to the flats.
The redfish are still around as usual. Even though when fishing the backcountry I usually target the snook, I have had a few double digit days on the reds.
The tarpon have started to show up. I am geared up and ready to go as usual. With the recent cold fronts and the snook fishing being so good, I suspect it will be at least a couple more days before I do any serious looking around.
I will update my fishing report and add some new photos soon.
